Accès : Le point de départ du sentier se trouve du côté ouest de la route 9, à 0,6 mi au sud de l'intersection entre les routes 9 et 74, à la sortie 28 de l'autoroute I-87 (Adirondack Northway). Il y a deux stationnements indiqués par un grand panneau marron et jaune.
Le sentier passe d’abord sous la Northway par deux ponceaux métalliques, puis entame rapidement une montée régulière et modérée avant de s’aplanir juste avant d’atteindre des ponts en planches après environ 1 km de marche. On reprend ensuite rapidement l'ascension jusqu'au sommet majoritairement boisé. Explorez un peu les environs pour trouver 2 endroits dégagés afin d'admirer le panorama. La première corniche offre une vue sur le lac Schroon et le mont Pharaoh, tandis qu’une deuxième offre une vue sur le lac Paradox.

Access : The trailhead is located on the west side of Route 9, 0.6 mi. south of the junction of Routes 9 and 74 off Exit 28 on I-87, the Adirondack Northway. There are two parking areas marked by a large brown and yellow sign.
The trail first passes under the Northway through two metal culverts, then quickly begins a steady, moderate climb before leveling off just before reaching some boardwalks after about 1 km of walking. The trail then quickly resumes its ascent to the mostly wooded summit. Explore the area a bit to find two open spots where you can admire the panoramic views. The first ledge offers a view of Schroon Lake and Mount Pharaoh, while the second offers a view of Paradox Lake.
